They cover the website only. Use of the Hiiko software, a pilot, or any other engagement is covered by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website is that agreement.

The website describes Hiiko. It is general information, not an offer and not a contract. A pilot or any other engagement starts only when both sides have agreed in writing. Descriptions of the product reflect the site at the date above. Ask us if you need the current scope before you decide anything.

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain access you are not given, or submit information you do not have the right to share.

The interest form is a request for Hiiko AS to contact you. Sending it does not create a customer relationship, a pilot, or an obligation to proceed.

The Hiiko name, the mark, and the content of this website belong to Hiiko AS or its licensors. You may link to public pages. You may not copy the name, mark, or content for your own commercial use without written permission.

The website is provided as it is. Hiiko AS does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or free of error.Hiiko AS is not liable for loss that comes from relying on website content alone, or from the website being unavailable, except where Norwegian law does not allow that limit.

Hiiko AS may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the version that applies. The version published on the website is the one that applies when you use it.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are brought before Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett), unless mandatory rules require another venue.
