About Hiiko

The plant already has a memory. It is just scattered.

Hiiko gives that memory a home — so what the best people know, what the instruments record, and what the documents say can be found together, on an ordinary shift.

Where it starts

One process, learned properly.

Industrial software often arrives as a platform for everything, and becomes a home for nothing in particular. Hiiko is built the other way: wastewater first, with questions a plant already asks — upset review, handover, permit evidence, chemicals and energy — then the next process, shaped with the people who run it.

Hiiko AS is based in Norway. The long view is a plant intelligence layer that can travel across industries. The near view is a handful of plants finding out what is actually useful.

How the product is built

Principles that stay as the system grows

Evidence over theatre

Usefulness is whether an operator can see the picture, find the source, and stand behind the next action — not how impressive a demo looks.

A calm system of record

OEE, alerts, and the numbers the plant already trusts should not depend on whether a language model cooperated today. AI drafts. People apply.

The plant stays in control

Read-only to process control. Data lives on plant infrastructure when that is what security requires. The plant reaches out; nothing reaches in.

If this is the memory the plant has been missing, get in touch.

A pilot conversation, or a note to follow until the industry is ready.
