Why run a pilot?
What has become possible with AI in the plant is new. The best way to understand the value is to test it on your own plant, with your own data and your own people. A pilot is a low-risk way to learn what is actually possible, not a purchase decision.
Think of it as a colleague who has read every document, sees the live data and the lab data, remembers what was tried before, and can answer at 3 a.m. with sources. Your operators and engineers stay in control and make the decisions. The system makes them stronger by keeping their knowledge in the plant. Test a hypothesis against your own data. Check theory against practice. Solve a problem that has been hard to get to the bottom of. And yes, draft recurring reports from the same context instead of rebuilding every time.
Already in wastewater or aggregates?
Pick one production unit. A few people from your team try it during real work. Read-only throughout. At the end, decide if this becomes how your team runs the plant.
First pilot in a new vertical?
Drinking water, food processing, chemicals, or another process industry not yet covered? The first pilot in a new vertical is free. You bring the process knowledge. The pilot shapes how Hiiko learns that vertical.
Every pilot is read-only to control systems. Data stays where you need it: on-premises, in your cloud tenant, or offline. The pilot ends with a retrospective. Continue if it fits. Stop cleanly if it doesn't.
